A set of 2 used Vintage 26"x 1 3/8" Rigida Tour Bike Rims off a Vintage French Louison Bobet Randonneur Touring 10 Speed Bicycle, also used on Peugeot Bikes. Rims are Rigida SuperChromix Chrome plated 36 hole Steel Rims. Rims are stamped 26" x 1 3/8" - Made in France - Rigida - Chromage - Superchromix. I suspect these are from the 1970s. 650a French rims,
