    Description

This is a vintage 1980 booklet entitled "Chemicals: Enjoying the Benefits and Managing the Risks".   It was published and distributed by Tennessee Eastman Company (of Kingsport, TN), a Division of Eastman Kodak Company (of Rochester, NY).  It was one of several publications to mark Kodak's 100th Anniversary (1880-1980), prior to Eastman Chemical's spin-off.
    It is a 28-page booklet and measures approximately 6" x 9".
    As the flyleaf says:
"The booklet is a compilation of articles and ads describing what the American Chemical Industry, and Eastman, are doing to manage risks that may be associated with the manufacture of chemical products that benefit us in so many ways."
Typical sections include Articles and Advertisements (prepared by the Chemical Manufacturers Association) such as:
    - How Chemicals Benefit Mankind
    - Product and Worker Safety
    - Transportation and Environmental Safety
    - Industry Commitment
    - Transporting Chemicals Safely
    - Protecting Chemical Works
    - Protecting America's Water
    - Clearing the Nation's Air
    - Improving Chemical Product Safety
    - Managing Chemical Wastes
It is in Very Good condition, with no markings, tears, folds, or creases.
