    Rigida Rear Wheel 27 x 1 1/4 Chrome Normandy Hub 36 Spokes Maillard 5 speed Clog.Vintage (73) date stamp  27 1/4 in  Rear Rim With Normandy Made in France Hub 36 Spoke, very nice rim pretty true slightly out not enough to worry about or really notice but you still may want to have it trued up,  has a Shimano Skewer spokes have some weather Oxidation very clean wheel may want to have the spokes retighten, tho the wheel is pretty true has some very minor chrome pitting and couple of areas where brake pads rubbed the side rim groves to a smooth part, the chrome dust looks pretty good with some normal weather tarnish and minor chrome pitting almost rust free hard to see any. but overall wheel looks good for it's age. Also will need  rim tape, not sure if this is a clincer or tubless rim, it's been  Santized wiped for your protection.
