Shipping & Handling
When you order from us, your order will seamlessly fall into our streamlined order fulfillment process and will be double-checked twice via a UPC scan prior to leaving on to you.
Most orders placed before 4:00pm EST will leave either the same day or be packaged and leave the very next morning. Tree Fort is constantly optomizing our shipping options to ensure you get your gear up and running as fast as possible. Almost all orders arrive within 5 days after shipping, and most will beat that by a few days.

We ship to international addresses though eBay's Global Shipping Program. All international fees and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Some of these fees will be displayed at checkout, but you will need to be aware of any additional duties your country charges you to import items.
Easy Returns
Though we are pretty dialed, occasionally something slips through the cracks. Should we make an error while sending out your order, please reach out so we can send you a return label and get the error corrected quickly.
Tree Fort Bikes will accept any return of a product in its original, undamaged packaging. Products must be received in brand-new, unused condition as you would expect to receive the item. Returns are accepted for 30 days past the delivery date.
Should an item be received back outside of the above condition it will be assessed a restocking fee of the amount of discount needed to resell it, if the item is resellable. Should you not wish to complete the return of the out of policy item with a restocking fee after we receive your item, we will gladly ship it back to you provided you wish to purchase outbound shipping.
Returns are started through your My eBay page by viewing your purchase history and you will have the option to print a return label there. Return labels are simply deducted from the return amount.
