Polaris RZR 900 Trail Enclosure

Made to fit the 2015 thru 2021 RZR 900 Trail and Sport models. This Enclosure is made from 3/32 aluminum with stylish re-enforcing bends that makes it extremely rigid. Corners and transitions are welded so there are no exposed seams. The
aluminum
enclosure is light weight unlike steel that weighs twice as much. All parts are powder coated with a flat black finish. The Tip-out windshield Includes DOT certified safety glass which locks down water and air tight when closed. It can be tipped out in two positions of 2" or 4" to allow for air flow. The glass frame can also be removed easily and quickly when you don't want a windshield by removing the 2 hinge bolts and unlatching the latches or add a full tip up that allows the windshield to not only open the 2" and 4" but also about 90 degrees with the assistance of gas shocks. The strong, light weight aluminum windshield outer frame mounts securely to the roll cage in minutes with roll bar clamps and seals tightly to the hood and roll cage so you have no rattles or leaks along the hood. The top and back bolt together tightly and also mount easily to the roll cage with roll cage clamps. The back window is also laminated safety glass. Slider rear window is available at an additional cost. The full suicide doors are made from the same 3/32 thick aluminum with a strong 3/4" square aluminum tube inner frame with 5/8" bulb seal around the outer edge of the door. The
doors can be removed easily by lifting the door off of the roll pin hinges when a door is not needed. You can choose from the
snap on plastic windows that have the snaps located every 4" on the inside of the door and a nylon strap sewn around the parameter where snaps mount to window for additional strength or the fixed laminated glass window. The doors weigh between 65 and 85 pounds depending on window option. In the unfortunate event the glass is chipped or broken most auto glass shops can replace the glass.
We manufactured and designed this enclosure to last many years and looks great. Manual or electric wiper, Full tip up kit or pop out removable glass door windows can be added at an additional cost.
