NOS PAIR of MAVIC X517 26" 559 x 17 Clincher Rims 36H Hard Ano LIGHT BLEMISHES

Hello and thanks for checking out this listing of a pair of very cool Mavic X 517 MAXTAL aluminum alloy clincher rims for 36-hole hubs. These 26" rims were gathered as overstock from a high-end bicycle shop and will come to you in the lovely condition seen in the included photographs.
These rims feature robust construction with a rim depth of 18.3mm, external width of 22mm, and internal width of 16.4mm. Hard-wearing and hard-anodized gray finish is perfect for your modern classic MTB, and eyeleted double-walled construction make for a sturdy wheel build. UB Control machined brake track keeps braking power and modulation as consistent as possible.
The classic Mavic logo with bold "SUP" decal makes these rims really pop...they just ooze authenticity.
Quite lightweight at just 400 grams per rim.
Overall condition is a conservative 8.9 out of 10 with some faint burnishing from "shop wear" during storage over the course of many years. One rim shows signs of having been laced up at one time but then disassembled prior to being ridden. The other has a light scuff from contact as seen in the pics.
