    Description

    1982 Belize - Local Formular Postal Card with India-Produced Belmopan Circular Date Stamp Cancellations of 30 June 1982.  (Then-PMG Evan Godfrey had advised that after Independence, Belize was free to seek postal supplies from other than the Crown Agents, and did so for this postmarking device produced in India, which was less expensive.)  see all 3 scans.
