Payment:
All items are expected to be paid within 4 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made with me. Pickups… If agreed upon for item to be picked up in person, cash on pickup is the only payment accepted.
Shipping:
Generally everything is ships same or next business day of payment being received. Occasionally something gets misplaced and takes a little longer to ship. You will be informed of the situation if this happens. In the very rare circumstance I oversell an item; your payment will be refunded in full. I sell on multiple marketplaces and sometimes inventory doesn’t update in time and I no longer have the item. I sincerely apologize ahead of time if this happens to you.
Returns:
Returns are accepted on most items as long I have been notified within 14 days of the tracking showing delivery. Factory sealed new items must be returned factory sealed. Items that are listed with “Sold As Is” can’t be returned.
Concert / Event Tickets
can only be returned for a refund if the event is cancelled permanently. No return will be accepted for rescheduling, a band cancels from the lineup, you changed your mind, etc.
Refunds:
Your payment will be refunded minus shipping unless I made a mistake with the transaction. For example, I sent you the wrong item. If I made the mistake your payment will be refunded in full.
