Принимая во внимание большую роль внешних факторов в возникновении и развитии некоторых заболеваний и поражений, угрожающих жизни (поражение электрическим током или молнией, тепловой удар, солнечный удар, кессоновая болезнь, острая лучевая болезнь и др.), в книге уделено внимание неотложной терапии при этих состояниях. В конце книги приводится краткий рецептурный справочник, список основной литературы и предметный указатель. Данное пособие рассчитано на средних медицинских работников здравпунктов промышленных предприятий, сельских фельдшерско-акушерских пунктов и станций скорой медицинской помощи.
