    For those who like power! The 10" model of our best selling gyuto is heftier and heartier than before. Ready to tackle large tasks and power through hours of prep. A true work horse. Build wider and thicker too for Chefs with larger hands who prefer more weight.
    The same 5 layer SanMai VG10 high-carbon stainless steel but heat treated higher than our standard gyuto for more edge retention and strength too. Fitted with a slightly larger handle.
    Our blades are hand forged in traditional Japanese style but designed to be the perfect hybrid for the modern chef. Balance is key in comfort and performance while thoughtful design and quality materials yield a great blade that will have you back in the kitchen loving to cook again!
